This May, prioritize your health with the Sweat the Stress Away: Barbershop Talk Wellness Challenge—a free, 31-day wellness experience designed to help you move more, manage stress, and build sustainable, healthy habits in a supportive, community-driven environment.

Powered by Barbershop Talk and proudly partnered with the Arkansas Minority Health Commission, this challenge brings together local barbershop partners, community members, and public health professionals across Arkansas to make wellness accessible and engaging.

Cost: Free to join

Who Can Participate: Arkansas residents ages 18+
Participants will complete daily check-ins by logging:

  • Workout minutes

Participants are encouraged to create a team or join one, especially through their local barbershop. Whether it’s your barber, your friends, your family, or your coworkers—teams bring accountability, motivation, and a little friendly competition to keep you going all month long.
