Financial AidHealthcare Graduate Assistantship
This program provides an opportunity for full-time students to obtain work experience during their graduate studies. Students work on a variety of administrative projects of value to the sponsoring organization. The healthcare organization benefits by obtaining the talents of the student at a very reasonable cost. For the 2025-2026 academic year, the program provided full tuition reimbursement (not fees) and a small monthly stipend.

The student works 20 hours per week for the 16 week semester on a schedule negotiated with their supervisor. The most common schedule is 4 or 5 hours on weekday mornings, though organizational needs may dictate other hours. The Healthcare Graduate Assistantship is generally for the full academic year, but one-semester appointments are possible.
Graduate Assistantships are competitive and not guaranteed. The program does its best to match students into these opportunities.
