- Health Careers Opportunity Program: The National HCOP Academies
The purpose of the Arkansas Delta Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP), referred to hereafter as the Arkansas Delta HCOP Academy or Academy, is to recruit, support and assist students from disadvantaged and minority backgrounds in underserved Delta counties to enter the educational pipeline, to successfully complete a health professions program and, ultimately, to enter the health career workforce within the service area.
- Arkansas Mental Health Access for Pediatric Primary Care program
The program’s primary goal is to promote the integration of behavioral health in pediatric primary care in Arkansas by linking primary care physicians around the state with a pediatric mental health care team for initial and ongoing education, consultation and referral of patients who are under 18 and have behavioral health needs.
