Ashley Williams, MS,  is a program director with the Department of Health Behavior and Health Education. Her interests are structural racism and health disparities for marginalized communities. Ashley has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Health Sciences. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Public Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She has over 11 years of experience in public health working in communities across the state.

Rachel Hale, MA, serves as an instructor in the Department of Environmental Health Sciences for the UAMS College of Public Health. She also is the Co-Director for the Climate, Rural and Global Health MPH Program and has a focus on climate change, disparity, and environmental justice.
