| Fay W. Boozman Public Health and Community Service Scholarship Purpose: To provide support to a student seeking an MPH degree | Currently enrolled in MPH degree program Completed at least nine (9) hours in MPH program with a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA Not a previous recipient of this award |
| Neil & Clara Spain Endowed Scholarship Purpose: To provide support to a public health studen tin need who had demonstrated high academic performance. | Currently enrolled in a COPH program Completed at least 12 credit hours with at least a cumulative 3.75 GPA Not a previous recipient of this award |

Bourne, MD, MPH, Public Health Physician Memorial Scholarship Purpose: To provide support to a medical student or resident who is currently seeking an MPH degree and exhibits and interest and aptitude in public health policy | Currently enrolled in MPH degree program Demonstrated interest in public health policy Has an MD or is purusing an MD Completed at least nine (9) hours in MPH program with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA Not a previous recipient of this award |
