Dr. Yandell teaches Healthcare Management and Leadership, preparing students to be ethical managers and leaders in a broad range of health care organizations by integrating traditional and emerging instructional methods with practice-based learning experiences in a generalist-oriented, competency-based academic program.

I became an assistant professor after over 8 years in practice at Baptist Health. Moving through various leadership roles, including starting programs from the ground up, I found myself ready to move to a new step of helping enhance the leaders of tomorrow.
