Project Overview
Paula works as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is also revising her MPP capstone, which examined the relationship between healthcare work demands and mental, physical, and healthcare engagement outcomes among caregivers, clinicians, and administrative staff, using longitudinal survey data, into a manuscript for journal submission.
